How to Choose Your Tanzania Safari Itinerary
3–4 Days: Northern Highlights
A short safari can introduce Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro. It is best for guests with limited time who prefer a focused regional route rather than long-distance transfers.
5–7 Days: Serengeti and Crater
With additional days, a route can include wildlife drives in Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with more time to explore and photograph each environment.
8+ Days: Slow Travel and Special Interests
Longer itineraries may include more nights in individual parks, cultural experiences, trekking, photographic interests or a beach extension. Actual routing depends on season, accommodation and travel preferences.
